It is your responsibility to demonstrate to the Prestwich Carnival Committee how you fit into a particular category. We will make a decision based solely on the information you provide within this booking form.

You should include as much information as possible to provide us with a good understanding of your stall and what products, services, and entertainment you will be providing. If you are serving food ensure you state whether you will be serving hot food and whether this will be cooked on site.

All stall holders will automatically be added to our website and social networks and we ask that you send us a photograph (jpeg format) of your stall / products as well as some ‘blurb’ which you would like us to use to help promotional activities. Please provide details.

I understand that the Prestwich Carnival Committee requires stall holders to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any relevant documentation such as food hygiene certificates, risk assessments and other necessary legal paperwork should be available for a member of the Prestwich Carnival Committee or other regulatory bodies to view on request if required. If these are not available on the day then you could be asked to leave the site with no refund of fees.
